This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, and the successful applicant must have open availability.

You will be responsible for :

Responsibilities

• Leading the store team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource while fostering a positive team environment focused on Always Customer First service.
• Supporting the management team in achieving operational excellence through customer experience, health and safety, food safety, merchandising, and front end operations.
• Providing support across departments as needed to maintain service and operational standards.
• Supporting with team member related initiatives as requested.
• Communicating key messages to the store team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Reviewing business / HR metrics and dashboards to monitor store performance.
• Assisting the management team with implementing strategies to grow sales and customer loyalty.
• Supporting with centre of store inventory as well as department stocktaking as required.
• Performing all job duties throughout the store as needed, including lifting weight (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods of time, and working in hot / cold environments.
