As a Senior Business Analyst (Agile), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our IT implementation projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable solutions. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be instrumental in guiding the team through iterative development cycles, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.

The Senior Business Analyst Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
• Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements
• Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and / or enhancements to current systems
• Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and / or alternatives. Works under the direction of a project manager.
• Write, update, and maintain Business Requirements Documentation

Skills and Qualifications could include but are not limited to :

7+ years of relevant experience in this role – Preferably with a recognized professional certification
