Position Overview

As ourLandscape Construction Foreman, you will take the lead in constructing our unique, natural playgrounds that go beyond swings and slides. You will guide your team through the installation of natural elements like boulders, climbing features, and plants, transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant environments that spark creativity and adventure for kids of all ages. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will assist in planning, organizing, executing, and documenting the builds while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead the installation of natural playgrounds and outdoor classrooms from start to finish.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Chief Operations Officer (COO) to plan and organize all phases of the build and to keep projects on schedule.
• Use project management software to monitor project timelines, budget adherence, and crew performance to ensure successful project delivery.
