Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is assisting our client in finding an awesome Personal Lines Broker with Autopac Experience

We're searching for a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of a full-time Personal Lines Broker. Compensation and Perks :

50-60,000 DOQ and experience
Commission
Company match RRSP program
Health and Dental
3 weeks Vacation and Personal days
Training and Tuition support

Responsibilities :

Be a friendly and professional point of contact for walk-in customers

Manage and distribute incoming phone calls

Create new insurance policies efficiently (e.g., homeowners, tenants, condominiums)

Identify client needs and sales opportunities for additional coverages (e.g., sewer backup, service lines)

Conduct policy reviews and annual renewals

Execute Autopac transactions quickly and accurately

Promote auto insurance extension products and services

Handle Travel Health insurance transactions

Qualifications :

Level 1 General Insurance License

IWS Certified

Minimum 1-2 years of insurance brokerage experience

Experience with Power Broker software (an asset)

Post-secondary education in a business program (an asset)
