What will you be responsible for?

Client Engagement : Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer questions, provide documentation and process billing requests.
Client Follow-Up : Proactively reach out to clients regarding their policies to ensure we are continuously offering a policy that best suits their needs.
Communication : Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients to build trust. Deliver outstanding customer service.
Performance Review : Monitor personal performance and meet daily / weekly / monthly targets.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Collaboration : Work closely with the customer service team to achieve team objectives. Participate in developing strategies to boost client retention and overall satisfaction.
Career Growth : Successfully write your broker exams (AMF and RIBO) after your first year with us.

Do you have what it takes?

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service

You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills

You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English

You're a quick learner with an interest in technology

Quelles seront tes responsabilités?

Engagement client : Aider les clients avec leurs besoins en matière d'assurance habitation et automobile. Répondre aux questions, fournir de la documentation et traiter les demandes de facturation.

Suivis auprès des clients : Contacter de manière proactive les clients au sujet de leurs polices pour nous assurer que nous proposons en permanence une police qui réponde le mieux à leurs besoins.

Communication : Communiquer efficacement par téléphone, e-mail et SMS avec nos clients pour établir une relation de confiance. Offrir un service client exceptionnel.

Évaluation des performances : Surveiller les performances personnelles et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens / hebdomadaires / mensuels.

Documentation : Tenir des notes précises des interactions avec les clients et ajouter des activités de suivi dans notre système CRM.

Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du service client pour atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe. Participer à l'élaboration de stratégies pour accroître la fidélisation des clients et la satisfaction globale.

Développement de carrière : Réussir tes examens de courtier (AMF et RIBO) après ta première année avec nous.

As-tu ce qu'il faut?

Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle

Tu es proactif et tu as de fortes compétences en résolution de problème

Tu as de solides compétences de communication orale et écrite en français et anglais

Tu apprends rapidement et tu as un intérêt pour les technologies
