Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Broker to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, and developing licensed agents. As the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the brokerage by recruiting top talent, providing mentorship, and ensuring that agents reach their highest potential through ongoing training and support.
Key Responsibilities :
Agent Recruitment :
- Proactively recruit licensed real estate agents to grow the brokerage.
- Implement strategic recruitment campaigns to attract new and experienced agents.
- Manage and execute the full recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and agent retention efforts.
Coaching and Development :
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to agents to enhance their performance and productivity.Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops to help agents achieve their professional goals.Assist agents in building and expanding their client base through effective lead-generation strategies.Team Leadership :
Cultivate a supportive, team-oriented culture that promotes growth and collaboration.Guide agents in resolving transactional challenges and navigating complex real estate deals.Encourage a continuous learning mindset by providing regular industry updates, market insights, and best practices.Performance Monitoring :
Track agents’ performance metrics and help them set and achieve sales targets.Identify areas of improvement and work with agents to implement actionable plans for success.Qualifications :
Active real estate broker’s license in Ontario.Minimum 2 years of leadership experience at a real estate brokerage.Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and managing licensed Realtors.Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a diverse group of agents.Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.Why Join Us :
