YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IT MANAGER :
Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software.Manage network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.Manage vendor relationships and contracts for key IT solutions, including cloud platforms, network security, and hardwareOversee and manage IT networks and systems budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost management.Manage and optimize ERP system (Job Boss), including custom reporting, and workflow automation.Administer SQL databases and custom reporting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Plan and implement IT projects, upgrades, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN IT MANAGER :
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale Enterprise grade IT environments6 to 7 years technical expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, and database management.Proficiency in ERP systems, SQL databases, and custom reportingDeep understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex IT challenges.Experience with VoIP systems, particularly Wilix, is a plus
