Role : The Manager, Facilities and Administration reports to the COO and will actively work with the full C-Suite members.
The Facilities and Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization and will provide high-level support to senior executives while supervising the overall maintenance and operational efficiency of all Equisoft offices. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of both executive functions and facility management, contributing to the overall productivity and effectiveness of our organization.
The Manager is also responsible for ensuring a positive and thriving place to work and for providing a safe, efficient and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Your Day with Equisoft :
Working hours and location : This role is based in Montreal office with the expectation being in the office on most days (minimum of 4 times per week to meet the demands of business). Our office is conveniently located near public transit (Bonaventure Station).
Primary Responsibilities
Managing the facilities administrative assistants, contractors and suppliers
Coordinate, organize and plan all administrative needs (meals, conference rooms, travels, etc.)
