Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are recruiting an East Coast based Lead Business Systems Analyst to support a major digital transformation delivering a secure, public-facing platform for early learning and child care services. You will lead requirements workshops, act as the key liaison between business and development teams, produce clear design artifacts (process flows, business rules, mockups), and create Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years as a senior BSA, 4+ years leading complex custom development projects, strong communication skills, and availability to work Atlantic Time with occasional onsite meetings in Fredericton, NB.
