MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Shop Shop Supervisor (421A) in Hamilton, ON.

The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of a large fleet of diesel heavy equipment and diesel trucks. This includes managing, training, and hiring Mechanics, assisting in maintenance activity when needed, ordering parts, scheduling work, reducing downtime, etc.

Compensation :

44.00 - $46.00 / hour to start.

Shift :

7 : 00AM - 4 : 00PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime available.

Key Qualifications :

310T or 421A license.

5+ years of experience working on diesel trucks and / or heavy equipment.

Experience in a leadership role, such as Lead Hand, Shop Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Manager, Operations Manager, etc.

Strong organizational skills.
