Job description3+ years of experience in a similar role Degree in accounting Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Office). I am looking for an accounts payable technician for an insurance company in Terrebonne.
Your tasks will include :
- Verifying, entering, and posting invoices from insurers (GP)
- Tracking due dates and preparing payments
- Keeping files up to date and managing communications related to invoices and payments
- Reconciling insurer accounts and identifying discrepancies
- Posting various entries and transactions related to payables
- Quickly resolving billing disputes to maintain good relationships
- Participating in monthly closings and various financial projects
- All other related tasks
