Job Description
The McDonald's restaurant of Charlevoix is looking for an Assistant Manager. This position will allow you to grow and take on diverse and stimulating responsibilities.

As an Assistant Manager at McDonald's, you will:

• Manage crew breaks and team positioning
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with tasks such as scheduling, ordering supplies, conducting interviews, inventory management, etc.
• Perform cash counts and prepare deposits
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure workplace health and safety
• Support team members with food preparation or service
• Train and develop your team
• Perform any other related tasks

Salary: To be discussed based on experience
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts
Start Date: As soon as possible
Type: Permanent full-time
Qualifications

• Significant experience in fast food or a related field
• High school diploma completed
