Our business units in Ontario (Hamilton, London, Sarnia), specialized in industrial cleaning , are looking for a Division Manager for a full-time permanent position based in Sarnia .

Discover your daily life :

  • Ensure and manage the commercial, administrative, financial and operational development of the business unit.
  • Ensure and manage customer requirements and expectations.
  • Manage the entire staff (unionized and non-unionized employees).
  • Monitor and manage the fleet of heavy specialized equipment.
  • Apply and ensure the application of regulations, customer requirements and health and safety (H&S) objectives within the business place and its work sites.

    Let's talk about you! Who are you?

    You have a degree in management or other relevant field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, particularly in a unionized industrial work environment.

    If possible, you have knowledge of heavy industry and industrial cleaning, and proven skills in financial management, business development and team management.

    You are a team player with good communication and leadership skills.

    You are autonomous, initiative-taking with good analytical and analytical skills.

    You are organized, methodical and able to manage several projects simultaneously.

    You have a driving licence, and you are flexible and open to travel regularly between our agencies in Ontario (Hamilton, London, Sarnia).

    You are at ease with IT and computers and have a good command of Microsoft Office applications.

    You must be legally entitled to work and reside in Canada.
