Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of creativity to maximize sales
- Ensure all visual elements are displayed with current merchandise and reflect current market trends
- Implement the set up of all promotional set ups and seasonal changeovers
- Daily maintenance floor checks
- Mannequins & Bust forms dressing & Styling
- Table merchandising and vignettes
- Continuously plan and organize the merchandising of wall and floor fixtures
- Ability to understand our members needs and translate that into display
- Assist members where needed- ability to sell
- Adjust lighting to highlight mannequins and merchandise
- Communicate Visual standards and train Front line associates
- Liaise and work closely with Team leaders on departments and promotional set ups.
- Adhere to all Loss prevention policies and procedures
- Be a team player and contribute to stores success
Qualifications
Exceptional planning, organization and time management skills1-3 years of previous Visual Display and merchandising experienceAbility to think commercially and adhere to corporate standardsHigh attention to detail and passion for creative ideasGreat time management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing prioritiesAbility to independently lead self to achieve resultsStrong problem solver and innovativeAbility to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needsSelf motivated, deadline driven, works well under pressurePositive upbeat can do attitudePhysical Requirements
