Inventory Control Specialist

YOUR ROLE

Part of a shared service center that operates for multi branches, the Customs Entry Specialist processes the Customs Entry in a timely manner and with accuracy.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Assist with the design and development and maintain the in-house inventory management program
• Support the daily, weekly, monthly cycle count program for the site ensuring compliance to SLA requirements
• Support the Replenishment / Slotting team
• Identify and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies
• Assist with planning and undertaking periodic (annual) wall-to-wall physical inventory count
• Generate and analyze reports from the inventory management system for management
• Follow company policies / procedures and Quality / safety / HR related policies and procedures.
• Ensuring daily reporting of operational / quality requirements are completed.
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Performing special projects as required by the Inventory Control Supervisor.
