Position

As a Physiotherapist with MyWish Healthcare Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting clients directly in their homes throughout the Niagara Region. You will provide individualized, evidence‑based physiotherapy services that empower clients to maintain independence, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. This community‑based role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, exercise clinical autonomy, and make a tangible impact every day.

What You Will Do

• Complete physiotherapy assessments in home settings.
• Create tailored treatment and mobility plans.
• Deliver therapy, gait training, and exercise programs.
• Teach safe movement principles to clients and caregivers.
• Document assessments and progress.
• Coordinate with RNs, RPNs, PSWs, and physicians.
• Recommend equipment and home safety modifications.
