What will you do?

For Regional Process Office Canada, we are looking for a technically astute, Process and Technology Specialist for a 4-month Coop.  The individual will be working out of our Oakville office and will be responsible for supporting our consultants to analyze, optimize and digitalize business processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to identification of new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with the consultants and the process owners.
  • Interest in Low-Code applications such as Mendix.
  • Interest in Robotic Software Automation Projects (RPA / RDA).
  • Interest in Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Participate in process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team.
  • Support our internal improvement, idea and innovation programs.
  • Creating announcements by using PowerPoint or video tools.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering / computer science or relevant Engineering disciplines.
  • Adept at using PowerPoint and video editing tools to prepare project documentation
  • Interest in new technology implementations and continuous learning.
  • Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of algorithms and coding.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with the international project members.
