Responsibilities :
Coordinate vehicle movements to and from Vehicle Logistics Centers (VLC), dispatching loads accurately and ensuring timely arrivals.
Enter data manually or electronically into transportation and inventory management systems with precision and efficiency.
Quote transportation services, process transactions, and post charges according to contracts and company policies.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with lead drivers to optimize vehicle pickup schedules and efficiency.
Assist in scheduling transport drivers to meet service demand effectively.
Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation services, ensuring excellent customer service and escalating issues as needed.
Promote transportation services in collaboration with Sales & Dealer Relations teams.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of transportation employees.
Ensure compliance with safety standards by scheduling vehicle maintenance and conducting inspections.
Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in a logistics or dispatching role.
Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Suite.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Post-secondary education in a related field.
Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
