Primary Responsibilities :

Responds to customers requests and inquiries in a timely and polite manner

Processes customer returns for stock, repair, or replacement

Liaison with other departments such as shipping, receiving, and packaging

Advocate customer needs to management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Communication skills

Ability to multi-task
