Business Builder

The General Manager (GM) is an experienced business leader skilled in driving business development and managing P&L to achieve growth and profitability. They must have an extensive network within business communities and demonstrate expertise in funding, venture capital, investment practices, and fundraising.

Vertical Expertise

The GM should bring a strong perspective on the challenges and opportunities in clients' industries. A solid background in start-up environments, business coaching, and funding is essential, along with a deep understanding of the unique hurdles start-ups face. Ideal candidates have successfully coached and guided multiple companies from start-up to profitability. Experience with IPOs and knowledge of investment laws and regulations are highly desirable. Familiarity with the motorsport industry is a plus.
