We are looking for a Wills and Estates Law Clerk to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Wills and Estates Law Clerk to join our firm.
We are a small, but close-knit team located in the heart of Markham village.
The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of drafting estate planning and estate administration documents.
The candidate’s salary will be based on their level of experience.

Candidate requirements :

Prior experience as a Wills and Estates Law Clerk

Law Clerk Diploma from accredited College / University

Proficiency with MS Office, Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, Teraview and PC Law Professionalism with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently following instructions with minimal supervision

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

Drafting Wills, and Powers of Attorney;

Preparing survivorship Applications and spousal transfer documents through Teraview;

Engaging with clients throughout all processes;
