Field Technician- Lead Hand & Helper Permanent Opportunity!

Are you prepared to assume a leadership role or support our Technicians in delivering outstanding service to our commercial and industrial customers?
We are looking for a Lead Hand Service Technician and Assisting Technician to join our team in the Toronto Area. In this crucial position, you will be the main point of assistance for our commercial and industrial customers, overseeing service and installation activities for various commercial doors , door opening system, and dock leveling systems.
Responsibilities for the Lead Hand
- Service and install various products, including sectional doors, rolling doors, drop testing fire doors, vehicle restraints, impact doors, and loading dock equipment.
- Repair and troubleshoot defective equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain proper truck stock, inventory, and company vehicle.
- Accurately track time, detailing job numbers, travel time, labeling equipment, and completing job assignments in a timely manner.
- Interact with customers, end-users, and general contractors courteously and professionally.
