Job descriptionPrendre en charge les nouvelles initiatives et structurer la démarche de définition, de planification et d'organisation Assurer la gestion documentaire des livrables d'architecture Préparer le lancement des initiatives et mettre en place la gouvernance Anticiper les travaux de l'équipe et planifier les activités sur des horizons trimestriels et annuels (roadmap) Planifier et suivre les besoins liés aux composants de type « plateforme » ou autres Comprendre, structurer et organiser les travaux dans Azure DevOps S'assurer que les backlogs sont complets Assurer l'arrimage transversal entre les équipes Définir les priorités d'équipe et les décliner auprès des membres Animer les cérémonies agiles et documenter les indicateurs de gestion Identifier, documenter et escalader les bloquants et solutions à l'aide du concept Lean Daily Management System Mettre à jour les projections (ressources, efforts, coûts) Planifier, coordonner et gérer les changements Assurer la révision des groupes concernés Organiser les mises en production et la révision des groupes d'approbation Communiquer les changements sous l'angle de la valeur d'affaires Préparer et animer les redditions de comptes mensuelles : Ordre du jour Présentations exécutives Registres des risques et des décisions Assurer la gestion documentaire de l'ensemble des livrables Animer et documenter les post-mortem Analyser les incidents et assurer le suivi de leur résolution sur une base hebdomadaire Effectuer la révision périodique des accès TI Organiser, communiquer et suivre les chargements et processus d'exploitation Assurer la gestion documentaire des livrables d'exploitation (opérationnalisation) Prendre en charge les audits et certains dossiers transversaux Collaborer activement aux objectifs d'amélioration continue Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience à titre de chargé(e) de projets en technologies de l'information Leadership démontré et forte capacité de prise en charge Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et respect des engagements Esprit critique orienté vers la résolution de problèmes et l'amélioration continue Expérience avec des outils de planification et de suivi de projets Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit Certifications professionnelles :

Emplacement : Québec ou Montréal
- Présence requise : 2 fois par mois au bureau de Québec ou Montréal
Dans un contexte de transformation et de redressement , l'organisation recherche un(e) chargé(e) de projet senior agissant comme un véritable chef d'orchestre pour piloter des initiatives stratégiques à forte complexité.
Le rôle requiert une solide expertise technique , particulièrement en Backend et intégration , afin d'assurer une livraison efficace et cohérente des projets. Les candidats ayant évolué dans des environnements corporatifs complexes seront fortement privilégiés par rapport à ceux issus exclusivement du secteur public.
Une expérience en risque et conformité constitue un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire . L'expertise technique demeure le critère clé pour ce poste.
Appuyé(e) par le gestionnaire de livraison TI et les partenaires d'affaires, le / la chargé(e) de projet contribuera à la planification, l'organisation, la coordination et le suivi des livraisons TI, tout en assurant l'alignement avec les initiatives stratégiques des portefeuilles de projets technologiques.
