Role Overview :

The Batching Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the batching plant to produce materials according to specified mix designs, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate batching plant equipment according to company standards.

Monitor production quality and ensure accurate batching records.

Coordinate dispatch of loads with site supervisors and drivers.

Perform daily plant inspections and routine maintenance checks.

Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements :

Previous experience as a batching plant operator (ready-mix / concrete industry preferred).

Knowledge of mix designs and plant control systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Physically fit and safety-minded.
