Registrar Liaison Officer (RLO) - NT
Reporting to the Northern Territory Training Network Coordinator (TNC), the incumbent will act as an intermediary between GP Registrars and the Northern Territory ACRRM team. The role will also interact with regional training stakeholders influencing GP training.
The RLO advocates for and represents GP registrars at their training post management level, supports pastoral care, and assists with transitions of GP Registrars in and out of training posts.
The ideal candidate will have advanced communication skills and analytical abilities to aid Registrar advocacy, maintain strategic partnerships, and support governance, risk management, operational excellence, and educational representation. The role includes participation in regional orientations and face-to-face workshops.
