Job Opportunity – IT Technician

Location : Drummondville, QC

Contract : Temporary, Indefinite Duration

Job Description :

Kelly Services is recruiting for an IT Technician position in Drummondville. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will provide first-level IT support to the IT team and perform the following tasks :

Offer first-level IT support to users.
Assist users with software and IT equipment usage.
Analyze user requests and propose timely solutions.
Identify major issues and escalate them to level support.
Create, deactivate, or modify user accounts.
Install IT equipment, software, and security systems.
Train employees on the use of IT equipment and services.
Perform minor repairs on IT equipment.
Sort and manage end-of-life IT equipment.

Requirements :

DEC, AEC, or DEP in IT.

years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Linux experience is a plus).

Good understanding of networking and Office .

Intermediate English (spoken and written).

Excellent communication skills.

Customer-oriented with a team spirit.

Physical ability to lift up to kg.

Required knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID.

Working Conditions :

Hours : : AM to : PM, Monday to Friday.

month contract with the possibility of permanency.
