Role Overview
Part‑Time Education Coordinator at Oxford Learning Brooklin , helping students of all ages achieve academic success. This in‑person role requires availability at the Brooklin location.
Responsibilities
- Inform inquiring parents about Oxford Learning programs.
- Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
- Set up and administer assessments.
- Establish and oversee student learning programs.
- Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss a child’s progress.
- Ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is preserved throughout the centre.
- Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily.
- Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching staff.
- Teaching skills in English, Math, or French – more than two subjects are assets.
Qualifications
Education : Minimum university degree (credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred). Strong secondary school math skills and additional language (French) are assets.Experience : Work in an educational environment with medium‑to‑large student bodies; business experience an asset; billing cycle experience required; strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps); strong phone skills and customer service experience (sales preferred).Job Details
In‑person role : must commute to Brooklin, ON. No relocation package. Vulnerable sector screening mandatory.
Schedule & Compensation
Part‑time : evenings, Monday‑Thursday, Saturday mornings on call. Minimum one‑year commitment. $20–$22 per hour.
