About the Role

We are looking for an Software Developers to join a fast-growing technology team building scalable, high-impact solutions used by customers across North America. In this role, you will work across the full stack, contribute to architecture decisions, enhance product stability, and collaborate with a distributed engineering team.

What You’ll Do

Architect & Develop Software :

Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software across the stack.

Improve Stability :

Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and address root causes to improve system performance and reliability. Participate in on-call rotations.

Collaborate Across Teams :

Review pull requests, contribute to technical discussions, and share knowledge with team members.

Manage Technical Debt :

Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to reduce tech debt in a structured manner.

Learn & Evolve :

Stay current with modern technologies, participate in learning sessions, and continuously enhance your technical skills.

Who You Are

3-15+ years

of experience working with modern web frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar).

Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or TypeScript.

Comfortable solving full-stack problems even if you lean more toward backend or frontend.

Able to work effectively in a remote, geographically distributed, Agile team.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, or React Native.

A degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience deploying infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform).

Experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt.

Prior work with distributed teams.

Startup experience, especially early-stage.
