At RRJ Insurance Group Limited o / a KRGinsure, we’re passionate about making insurance accessible, clear, and client-focused. We're seeking a Senior Commercial Lines CSR to join our dedicated team of brokers who excel at simplifying the insurance process for our clients.

In this role, you’ll work with our producers to manage key client accounts, provide expert guidance on policy details, and build trusted client relationships.

Primary responsibilities include :

  • Delivering prompt and professional service to internal and external clients within the commercial processing department.
  • Prepare essential documents, including proposals, binders, letters, and certificates, and ensure accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing.
  • Manage activities and follow-ups using the EPIC system.
  • Address routine inquiries and efficiently process client requests.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player on midsize to large commercial accounts.
  • Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications :

  • RIBO License (active and in good standing) is required
  • Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
  • Handling mid-market to large commercial files

    • Skills :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong expertise in Excel.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
  • Good understanding of commercial property, casualty, and auto insurance products
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with EPIC would be considered an asset
