Our client is currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury to join their busy and growing litigation practice.

Our client is a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm in Brampton with an exciting and expanding litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury files from intake through resolution or trial
• Handle Tort and Accident Benefits matters , including litigation and settlement negotiations
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, affidavits, mediation briefs, pre-trial memoranda, and settlement documents
• Attend and conduct discoveries, mediations, motions, case conferences, and trials as required
• Provide legal advice and strategy to clients throughout the litigation process
• Maintain and diarize critical limitation periods and procedural deadlines
• Review medical records, expert reports, and accident-related documentation
• Manage undertakings and refusals arising from examinations for discovery
• Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, experts, and court staff
• Collaborate closely with law clerks and support staff to ensure efficient file management
• Utilize CaseLines, Zoom, and other litigation-related platforms effectively
