The Engineering Construction Department is looking for employees that have a passion for public service and strive to make a difference. The District of West Vancouver has immediate openings for TCPs (Traffic Control Person / Flagger). We are looking for professional and experienced TCPs to join our growing team, and willing to provide training / certification to those with strong work ethic and a passion for public service.

This position offers :

• Steady full-time work;
• mileage reimbursement $0.72 / km (2025 Rate);
• starting wage is $25.84 per hour + 14% in lieu of benefits = $29.46 per hour;
• all shifts will start and end in West Vancouver;

Secondary school graduation plus related work experience would be considered an asset.

The candidates must hold a valid BC Class 5 Driver's License.
