About The Role

As a Wine Educator , you will be the face of Tinhorn Creek Vineyards, delivering engaging and informative tastings, promoting our Wine Club, and providing outstanding service. Your ability to create memorable experiences while driving sales and memberships will be key to your success. This is a seasonal position, running until mid-October 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a friendly and engaging tasting experience.
• Educate guests on our wines, vineyard practices, and Wine Club benefits.
• Lead daily property tours and share the rich history of Tinhorn Creek.
• Process sales transactions through Commerce7 and assist with wine purchases, packaging, and shipping.
• Support team and individual sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist in the setup and execution of special wine events and experiences.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and organized tasting area.
