Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time File Maintenance Clerk at our Homes by Lake Country Co-op site in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Homes Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following :

  • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
  • Provide outstanding guest services at all touch points through various communication channels
  • Implementing price changes at the store level
  • Maintenance of vendor master files
  • Receive products and ensure accurate cost of goods are determined
  • Inputting pricing for upcoming sales, performing price verification process
  • Complete required paperwork base on department standards
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Practice and maintain safe procedures for the handling and stocking of merchandise
  • Ensure a culture of safety by maintaining vehicles and equipment in your care
  • Large amounts of data entry, seated work, and significant use of computerized work station
  • All other duties as assigned

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service :

  • You have a grade 12 or equivalent experience; customer service and previous file maintenance experience would be considered assets
  • You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
  • Data Entry and computer experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, versatility, creativity and flexibility are required
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
  • You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, and holidays
