Pay rate : $50,000– $65,000 / year depending on experience
Location : Regina, SK
Shifts : Various shifts are available to support a 24 / 7 Customer Service Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Initiate outbound sales calls to customers
Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through both phone, email and text channels
Accurately fulfill parts order requests from clients
Provide availability of inventory and shipping times to customers
Provide parts support and assistance for other field staff members
Collaborate with vendors to ensure customer parts requests are satisfied
Requirements and Qualifications :
Experience in agricultural or heavy equipment industry is required
Knowledge of spare parts is a must
Outbound sales experience is an asset
Fluency in English is required; French fluency is an asset
Strong multitasking ability
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
