College diploma in fire protection or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the fire protection contracting industry;
Fire Protection design / engineering background (asset);
Knowledge of products used in fire protection and fire alarm and more specifically Notifier products (an asset but not required);
Sound knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
Familiar with CRMs (Sales Force, Hubspot, etc.) (an asset);
Extensive knowledge of applicable codes and standards related to fire protection;
Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities;
Customer service oriented with strong communications skills.
