Pay Range : CAD$55 - CAD$58 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Skills- BMC Remedy, ITSM.
• BMC Remedy ITSM Suite experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of AR System (Action Request System) development, including creating custom forms, filters, escalations, active links, and workflows.
• Proficiency in BMC Remedy Developer Studio .
• Experience with Remedy API / SDK and integration technologies (REST APIs, Web Services, SOAP).
• Strong SQL skills for querying Remedy and database interactions.
• Knowledge of BMC Analytics for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Understanding of Remedy system architecture, including the Mid-Tier , AR System server , and Remedy OnDemand (if applicable).
• Experience with JavaScript , Java , or other scripting languages for customization.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management processes.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
