Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada, is looking for a Compliance Analyst for a 6-month contract, 1-2 days / week in office in downtown Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Analyst with a financial services background.
Responsibilities :
- Manage client complaints, including onboarding, e-file creation, and communications; ensure timely handling and regulatory notifications
- Assess, analyze, and investigate complaints; provide recommendations and responses for resolution
- Prepare documentation for regulatory and legal proceedings
- Collaborate with support units, manage email inboxes, and maintain complaint logs
- Recommend policy and procedure improvements based on complaint and regulatory feedback
Requirements :
