THE SCOPE & THE EMBRACE :
Provide our guests w / an authentic, individual-tailored, & comfortable dining experience.
Answer food & drink-related questions (employ suggestive selling) & romance drinks to pair with food to optimize guests’ experience.
Effectively input drinks, appetizers & entrées into the P.O.S. system to ensure timely conveyance of orders to the kitchen, & diligently take care of modifiers & allergies.
While bringing your personality to the mix, observe directional duties train & work with your colleagues to frame a fluid operation & bolster a productive workplace that works for both guests & your teammates.
