Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who’s excited to make their mark in performance‑driven advertising. You’ll bring ideas to life across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, crafting visuals that stop the scroll and drive results. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and iterate creative assets that support A/B testing, CRO experiments, and data‑driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages that drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs.
• Produce motion graphics and short‑form video cutdowns for social media platforms.
• Edit existing video assets into high‑performing ad units tailored to platform specifications.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
• Support Abe’s own marketing with compelling creative that helps us stand out.
• Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting to different audience segments and platforms.
• Work with client and internal teams to understand business goals, conduct A/B tests, and create data‑driven designs.
• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat‑mapping analysis to validate design decisions.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, communicating effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and UX design.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 1‑3 years of graphic design focused on performance‑driven creativity and CRO.
  • At least 1 year of motion graphics experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B testing, CRO analytics, heat mapping, and designing for performance‑driven campaigns.
