We are looking for a part time nanny to help with afternoon pickups from daycare and school for our son and daughter, 6 and 2 years old.
The pick up location is the same for both children and is a 10 minute walk from the home. expected hours are 2-3 hours per day, 2-3 days / week.
- Location : North Ajax (Rossland and Ravenscroft area) Hours : 4 : 00 - 7 : 00 pm 2-3 times per weekHourly rate : $20-25 / hour depending on skills and experienceDuties : *pick up from daycare;
- prepare dinner; serve and clean up*Changing diapers (if needed)*Tidy up play areas and children’s rooms*Take care of children in case of injury or illness*Ensure children’s safety during indoors and outdoors activities*Reading to the children, helping with homework*Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed (fold laundry, sweep floors, etc.
Qualifications : *for pick ups in inclement weather must have a vehicle with full G license and recent driver's abstract (car seats will be provided by us).
be able to walk 2 children in wagon / stroller (which we will provide).*CPR / First Aid training is an asset*background in babysitting, childcare, home care, etc *Understanding of child development in different stages.
