Brandt has a position available for a Settlements Clerk in our Regina, SK Head Office location. This position is responsible for the administration and invoicing of equipment sales including account reconciliations and special reports. Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Receive and review paperwork on sales from branches across Canada
- Ensure program discounts from manufacturers are calculated accurately and maximized
- Complete equipment registration and warranty purchases on supplier’s web-based portals
- Review and update costings on equipment
- Post and balance accruals on equipment
- Invoicing of sales to customers
- Updating of sales database
- Receipting of trades into inventory
- G / L account reconciliations
- Review and validate salesman commissions
