Lead requirements workshops, process optimization, and UAT for enterprise projects. Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver maximum ROI through precise functional specifications and lifecycle management.

Requirements Leadership :

Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit / prioritize business requirements.

Document comprehensive functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Process Excellence :

Map "as-is" to "to-be" processes, identifying efficiency opportunities.

Develop business cases with ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.

Delivery & Quality :

Design UAT strategies and lead acceptance testing.

Mentor junior analysts and serve as project SME.

Must-Have Skills (5+ years) :

Advanced SDLC expertise (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall).

Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Proven analytical problem-solving with complex requirements.

UAT management and process mapping mastery.
