They have developed innovative treatment technologies that provide proven and effective aesthetic care to consumers and physicians.
This role is a hunting sales role and responsible for the full sales cycle from cold call to close. After installation, the training and post sales support team steps in to manage and continue to grow the relationship.
The Capital Equipment Sales Specialist has high accountability for achieving the territory sales quotas and objectives.
- Achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory and performing effective territory penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base
- Providing training presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of the company’s products using effective communication and sales techniques
- Educating the customer regarding the indications and contraindications and safety and how they fulfill the needs of the customer
- Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service
- Preparing sales contracts quotes price and terms per company guidelines and completing administrative responsibilities including quarterly business plans weekly expense reports up-to-date account profiles and customer database
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations
Qualifications include 3-5 years of demonstrated success selling medical equipment to physicians or other health care providers, candidates with B2B capital equipment sales experience will also be considered.
- Also important; ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management and / or large groups;
- ability to thoroughly understand and communicate attributes and qualities of products using professional selling and closing skills;
and excellent planning and organizational skills.
Comp includes salary of $75-85K and uncapped commissions paid per device (no tiers to hit) with at plan income potential of $150K -$200K, car allowance and gas card, company health benefits, RRSP, stock options and all the perks.
