Job Description

Salary :

Prolium is the leader in above ground storage tank maintenance in Canada. When it comes to storage tanks, we do it all from minor repairs and modifications to major tank upgrades. We are currently seeking Equipment Operators who are located in the Hamilton, ON area.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate skid steer to move materials, load / unload trucks, and assist with site prep

Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance checks

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Keys to Success :

Punctual attendance is a requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience operating a skid steer and Telehandler (construction & oilfield experience preferred)

Ability to work in various weather conditions and job site environments

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-focused mindset

Strong Communication skills; must be fluent in speaking / writing English

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & Alcohol Test

Comply with all safety requirements

Must provide proof of completion of all required safety certifications

Bring a positive, can-do, safety first attitude every day

Participate with the team to build and maintain a productive and safe work environment
