Full Time Maintenance Clerk

What you’ll do :

As a Maintenance Clerk, you will support the safe, clean, and efficient operation of our facilities and grounds. You will perform routine maintenance, operate equipment, and ensure our spaces are well-maintained and welcoming year-round.

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely, including small engine, and hand tools.
• Perform routine housekeeping and facility upkeep, including cleaning, waste disposal, and minor repairs.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and document work accurately.
• Maintain exterior grounds through mowing, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep.
• Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies and respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed.
