As an integral member in the ASSET Reliability Division your work will include performing equipment and facility condition inspections compiling and writing reports and technical memorandums structural design (steel concrete timber) on site construction reviews and preparing drawings estimates and proposals. This position involves travel to job sites on a shortterm basis to perform inspection work and requires the ability to liaise with clients contractors and other engineering consultants. The position also involves performing engineering and design for a variety of projects that are often related to the inspection work being performed.

Our essentials

• A Bachelors Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and eligibility for registration as an EIT with EGBC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A demonstrated ability to liaise with clients contractors and other consultants
• A Willingness to work with a team to complete field inspections of heavy industrial equipment
• A valid BC Drivers License
• Construction experience is a benefit but is not necessarily required
