Now, we’re looking for a  Residential HVAC Sales Consultant who shares our approach : thoughtful, expert, and customer-first. Someone who doesn’t just sell equipment—but helps people make confident, informed decisions for their homes. We’re Built on Trust : People come back to Maple Air because we make HVAC feel human. We’re not just in the HVAC business—we’re in the trust business. 2–5 years of residential sales experience (HVAC preferred) ~ CRM proficiency for tracking leads and staying organized ~ A valid driver’s license ~ Flexibility for evening / weekend appointments when needed Schedule : Monday to Friday, plus some evenings / weekends Base + commission + performance bonuses Company Car : Provided after 12 months Benefits : Dental, vision, profit-sharing, vehicle compensation And where your sales career gets the momentum it deserves.
