The Opportunity

We are looking for Prep Cooks to join our team. This role supports the expansion of our food services by assisting with ingredient preparation, meal packaging, transport, and service setup. If you enjoy kitchen work, teamwork, and want to make a hands-on difference in your community, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, etc.) and support cooking tasks under the direction of the cooks
• Package meals and transport food between kitchen and service sites
• Set up and support meal service in coordination with kitchen and program staff
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety practices at all times
• Assist with inventory rotation and storage (e.g. FIFO)
• Support general kitchen operations as directed by the Food Service Manager
