Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 license and at least 5 years commercial insurance experience.
Prior experience in E&O, D&O, and cyber would be an asset.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to :
- Manage policy renewals, policy changes and cancellations
- Maintain book of business for long term VIP clients
- Communicate with Insurers regarding new business and renewal terms as well as other relevant information
- Write and issue all bonds, glass polices and special events
- Deliver exceptional client service resulting in high retention rate
Requirements :
- 5 years+ commercial insurance experience
- Insurance Broker Level 2 License
- Knowledge of D&O, E&O Insurance or cyber is an asset
- Detailed-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills
