The bigger picture

We’re looking for a  Small Business Advisor  to join our team in Regina. You will provide needs based holistic financial advice (e.g. : credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to small business members

How you’ll be spending your time

  • Providing holistic financial advice to our small business members
  • Guiding members through loan application processes, ensuring eligibility and creditworthiness, and assist in underwriting for small business loans
  • Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and knowledge to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to help our small business members meet their financial goals
  • Marketing yourself to increase your book of business within the local community
  • Building and strengthening relationships with our Small Business Members by balancing your time in branch and conducting site visits.
  • Ensuring a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

    • The experience you bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ Years Experience with Complex Consumer Lending (Including small business portfolios)
  • Prior Knowledge of Commercial Banking
  • Knowledge of nCino University or an equivalent program
  • CUIC 345 – Commercial Lending or equivalent

    • Salary Range

    74,510 - $93,140 with a 13% Short Term Incentive Target
